Lionel 1639ws Set Picture(s) and Description:

This 1639WS set: 2037 loco, 243W tender , 6530 firefighting instruction car, 6816 red flatcar with bulldozer, 6817 red flatcar with scraper, 6812 track maintenence car, 6560 crane and 6119 work caboose. Comes with the set box and all individual boxes except for the 6530 fire fighting instruction car box. Remember there is no box for the firefighting car. The bulldozer has 1 broken strut (see picture), the scraper has a broken trailer hitch. Look at the picture and you will see a short smoke stack on the scraper. If it was supposed to have a long smokestack it doesn't so it may have been snapped off but I don't think so, all trains are in very good/ excellent condition with nothing broken or rusted. All steps are there. Little dust. Loco needs to be lubricated as it has not been run in years. I did not test run the loco or tender whistle. Top of set box is disconnected from the bottom along perforation and the handle is not there but in very good condition and all individual boxes are intact and sturdy with some writing on the 6816 and 6817 boxes. In other words these boxes are not garbage boxes or crushed or anything. Removable/perforated box panels are still intact. Shipping in the continental United States will be $20.00 East of the Rockies and $25.00 West. In person pick up for locals is okay.
