Lionel 3419 Operating Helicopter Flat Car W/ Ob – Navy Picture(s) and Description:

LIONEL 3419 Operating Flat Car w/ Launching Helicopter "NAVY" The 3419 is part of Lionel's "Space & Military" series. Standard features of the 3419 include: unpainted blue flatcar with white lettering, AAR trucks, black tail support structure, winding and launching mechanism plus a brakestand with metal brakewheel. This car would release the helicopter (with a 6019 or USC uncoupling track not included) after it was wound manually.

C 7 condition no missing parts Type C Helicopter has ~1 1/4" winder 2 main rotor blades with tip pods intact The only issues with this car are:

1. Rust on underneath launching mechanism (Photo 3)

2. Plastic guard for tail rotor has detached (Photo 5) Box shows shelf wear and has one missing inside flap on one end

NOTE: Helicopter is original NOT a reproduction "Built by Lionel" on tail rotor
