This auction is a great Lionel #28078, PRR 2 10 4 Texas Stream Locomotive with tender. It is O gauge. It is in it's box. It is in very good condition and not sure if it has ever been used. It even has it's shipping box. I am not a dealer or a collector so all I can tell you is what I see. I have no way of testing to see if the engine works. High bidder will pay shipping and insurance.
