I picked these up from the old guy next door to me.He does'nt remember much about them but he has had them for a long time.The Engine still runs and the light comes on when you power it up.It is in pretty good shape normal wear for something this old.He thinks it is from the late 40,s or early 50,s he's 96 now.I know nothing about trains just what I have seen on E-Bay.The cars are steel and pretty much rust free the original box they came in is in good shape also and I have the cardboard box the engine came in also marked 250 and is in good shape.Thanks for looking E-Mail me for any questions. I also have the track and transformer and Original Instructions For Operating and Track lay out Instructions that came with this train they are in good condition with just a few very small tears.
