Estate Sale: My late husband had a large Lionel collection and as I open boxes I am selling the items. I am getting alot of help from the local ralroad club of which he was a member. First I will be selling the accessories that were on the lay out. The last time they were run, before his death, they were working. I will do my best answering your questions but I would appreciate your patience with my lack of knowledge of Lionel trains. All items listed for auction are buy as is with no returns, so please look carefully at photographs. All locomotives, diesels, electric and steam engines will be sold later along with all his rolling stock and passenger car sets. UP FOR AUCTION IS A #773 LIONEL STEAM ENGINE ( 1964 VERSION )AND #2426 TENDER ( 1950'S VERSION ) . CONDITION IS IN MY OPINION VERY GOOD ,BUT CHECK PICTURES . THIS UNIT WAS KEPT IN PLEX CASE FOR 15 YEARS BY MY LATE HUSBAND AND HAS NO RUST. PICTURES HAVE A YELLOW TINT DUE TO BACKGROUND OF MY HOME MADE PHOTO BOOTH . IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
